Agreement
These terms govern your use of beyondtechservices.com, operated by Beyond Tech Services LLC ("Beyond Technologies", "we"). By using this site, you agree to them. Actual client engagements are governed by their own signed statement of work — these terms don't override that agreement where the two conflict.
This site
Content on this site — copy, case studies, designs — is our property or used with permission, and isn't licensed for reuse without asking first. We keep site content current in good faith but make no guarantee it's error-free at every moment.
Engagements
Scope, deliverables, payment terms, and any performance guarantee (e.g. the Rescue and Sprint guarantees described on their respective pages) are defined in each client's signed agreement, not by this page. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Liability terms for actual delivered work are set out in the relevant client agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site or our services change. Material changes will update the date above.
