Ask the price. We'll ask about the problem first.
We don't publish a rate card. Every engagement is priced against the actual scope, once we understand it — here's how that works, and where to start.
A rate card is a promise that every project of a given shape costs the same. That promise is false — integration complexity, data quality, and how much of the system already exists move the number more than the category does. We'd rather quote you honestly than quote you quickly.
Scope first. Number second.
Every engagement below follows the same order — never the reverse.
Tell us the work
One call. The workflow, the system, or the role you need — in your words.
We scope it
Senior engineers, not a sales rep applying a formula, work out what it actually takes.
You get a number
Fixed for a named engagement, or a day-rate/monthly figure for hired talent — agreed before anything starts.
Or add the person. Same rule.
Day-rate or monthly, scoped to seniority and hours needed — never a tiered package.
Before you ask.
Because a rate card would be a lie about how differently work costs. A two-week assessment and a twelve-week rescue don't share a formula, and pretending they do would mean overcharging the simple work or underpricing the hard work. Every proposal is scoped to what you actually need.
The Assessment is the fastest, lowest-commitment way to get one — two weeks, a fixed fee agreed before we start, and the roadmap is yours regardless of what you do next. For anything else, a 30-minute call usually gets you a real number the same week.
Tell us anyway. Most engagements start as a conversation about the workflow or system in question, not a pre-picked package — we'll say honestly which of these fits, or if none of them do.
Read the case for this.
The real market ranges, from a $10k prototype to a $500k+ multi-agent system — and the run-rate line most budgets miss.
When a fixed-scope quote is the safer structure for AI agent work, when time and materials is honest, and the one question that tells you which.
Let's put AI to work in your business.
A 30-minute call. You bring the workflow or the roadmap — we'll tell you what's feasible, what it costs, and what we'd build first.
