Coordination is the product.

An AI operating system for logistics — document automation and exception handling that move at the speed freight actually needs.

Scroll
Where we've been

Logistics runs on coordination, and coordination is where an AI operating system now earns its keep. We build the operational platforms — WMS, TMS, driver apps, tracking portals — and the automation layer on top: document processing for BOLs, PODs, and customs paperwork, exception-handling agents that flag delays and propose re-routing before a customer calls, and demand forecasting grounded in your own operational history.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Part of
Logistics & Supply Chain is one vertical view of a single system. The layer underneath — retrieval, scoped permissions, evaluation, and the audit trail — is the same one we build in every sector.

Enterprise AI solutions
In practice

Where AI earns its keep.

The workflows in logistics & supply chain where AI does real work today — not a someday roadmap, the jobs it can take off your plate now.

01

Freight document automation

BOLs, PODs, customs docs — extracted, validated, and entered without manual keying.

02

Exception handling

Agents that detect delays, notify stakeholders, and propose re-routing before customers call.

03

Demand forecasting

Capacity and inventory planning grounded in your operational history.

04

Real-time visibility

Unified tracking across carriers, warehouses, and last-mile.

Hear it yourself

Don’t take our word. Take the call.

Ready

A real call, not a recording. Press call once, then just talk — it hears you stop and answers. No buttons to hold.

This browser can’t capture speech — you can still type your side of the call. Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the full thing.

Live agents on fictional businesses and invented records. Nothing you say or paste here is recorded or stored — it lives in this tab and dies with it. A production deployment runs on your data, your systems, and your policy.

How it actually runs

A shipment exception, from the missed scan to the fix

Not a feature list — the mechanism, step by step, from trigger to logged outcome.

01

Detect

A tracking feed goes quiet, a carrier scan is late against its lane's normal transit time, or a customs document fails a required field — the system flags it against your own historical baseline, not a generic SLA.

02

Diagnose

The agent pulls the shipment's full context — carrier, lane, prior exceptions on that route — and classifies what kind of delay this actually is before anyone gets paged.

03

Propose

For a known pattern, it proposes a re-route or an updated ETA with the reasoning attached; for anything outside its scope, it escalates to a dispatcher with the diagnosis already done, not a raw alert.

04

Notify

Affected customers and internal stakeholders get the updated status before they have to ask — the same event that triggered the fix also triggers the notification.

The objection

Asked before the contract, not after.

It's scoped to propose, not to act unilaterally on anything outside a known pattern — a dispatcher reviews and approves re-routing decisions, and every proposal carries the reasoning that produced it, so a wrong call is a fast correction, not a shipment sent the wrong way silently.

On top. The operational system of record stays the TMS and WMS you already run — the agent layer reads their event streams and carrier feeds to catch what a human watching a dashboard would eventually notice, just sooner and consistently across every lane.

Let's put AI to work in your business.
